My dad currently attends your day centre and the transformation in him since he started has been unbelievable! It has really stimulated him and he’s now able to communicate and socialise much better than before he started coming. As a family we cannot thank you enough! 

Once again thank you so much for all you do in our community and the huge difference you are making to so many vulnerable people. 

I’ve had support from Inspire for a few years now, and my mum before me, plus my sister in law’s mum. Really can’t imagine life without Inspire now, they make such a difference. Shopping, swimming, bowling, cycling, day trips, hospital appointments and even helping take my cats to the vet, nothing is too much trouble.

My Dad is a lot more happier now since attending the centre. The staff are very friendly. They listen and act upon his wishes and choices with respect and dignity. Thank you to the staff for the care they are giving to my Dad.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the wonderful work you and your staffs are doing at Inspire.  Mum cannot stop talking about how kind, caring, helpful all staffs at Inspire are to her and all other clients attending the centre.  When I speak to mum on the telephone 30 minutes of our conversation is based on how great the service, she receives at Inspire is and how it is making her feel very happy every time she attends.  She talks about the food, how tasty it is, the activities she engages in for example Karaoke, painting, dancing etc. Mum also reported that she has made meaningful friends at the centre that she looks forward to meeting when she attends.  She even said on one occasion that she could not wait till the following day to attend the centre as it makes her feel happy.

Once again, I thank you and your staffs for providing a fantastic service that is making a difference to the life of our vulnerable adults in the community who would be stuck at home without any stimulating activities to give them hope to look forward to their future.

I cannot thank Marilyn and her team enough for the care and support they gave my mum who spoke very happily about them being there for her and after she went into a nursing home they all went above and beyond to help me. I live abroad and they were there all the way for me and my mum to the end .Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for all for your kindness and support. The staff at Inspire are exceptional, from the Manager Marilyn and her admin team right through to the wonderful, trustworthy, kind carers they provide.

The carers have enabled my elderly mother to continue to live in her own home supported by three lovely, kind, thoughtful ladies who are more like my mothers friends and have a wonderful relationship with her.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to help in any way they can – they understand and show empathy.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to support their loved ones in their own home.

I work in Doncaster as a social care professional, and have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication shown by the team at Inspire. All of my dealings with Marylin – manager – have been pleasant and have resulted in a positive outcome, and I would recommend this service to other professionals or to family members who may be considering care for a loved one. A very good service!

I was in a coffee shop in Armthorpe with my daughter today. A guy (PA) came in with an older guy in a wheelchair. They were engaged in conversation the whole time they were there – the PA was really engaging and attentive to his senior. The coffee shop is small so it was difficult to miss their conversation. They spoke about where they’d both worked in the past, the local pits, whether the older guys wife might enjoy accompanying them next time.

The PA treated his senior with the utmost respect and had the natural ability to keep the conversation going seamlessly. It was clear the older guy was enjoying his time out and his cuppa.

As they were leaving, I asked the PA who he worked for and he told me Inspire. I said I was really impressed by his approach (I work in social care). We were able to wish the older guy a happy 94th birthday for last week.

I would just like to feed this back to you. What a great example of companionship!!
